Greece Should Issue New Bonds Before the European Elections

As part of our continuing coverage of economic developments and prospects in Greece, we are pleased to present in this issue of the Bulletin the English translation of an article by Professor Nicholas Economides,  published (in Greek) on February 9, 2014 in the prominent newspaper Kathimerini.  Professor Economides reviews Greece’s economic policy achievements and shortfalls since the crisis; suggests possible ways of alleviating the large Greek public debt; and, proposes that Greece re-enter shortly (that is before the scheduled elections for the European Parliament in May 2014) world financial markets by issuing so-called “growth bonds”.

Greece Should Issue New Bonds Before the European Elections

In 2009, Greece had three big problems: first, the huge public debt;  second, the very large budget deficit; third, the lack of competitiveness. In soccer terminology, the performance of Greece regarding the first problem is a draw.

Greece was able during the Papademos Administration to reduce very significantly the public debt and move the maturity of a large part of it to the far future. However, the size of public debt is large and hard to bear, almost €320 billion, while the Greek GDP is €185 billion. The big success of Greece has been in addressing the second problem, the balancing of the budget and the creation of a primary surplus, that is, of surplus disregarding interest on debt. Returning to soccer terminology, regarding the third problem, Greece has a draw on regular time and loses in the penalty kicks. Greece succeeded in making many changes in the labor market, but failed with regard to many structural reforms that were either never tried or came very late in the game. The economic and social cost of Greece’s success in public finance is the present high unemployment and recession.

The cost of the failure regarding structural reforms and the lack of improvement of competitiveness will be paid by Greece for decades.

However, Greece has new possibilities in 2014 that have not been available since the beginning of the crisis.

Wise choices are now indispensable, and choices made now will define the level of prosperity in Greece for the next ten years. There are now three main questions. First, is there a need for a haircut of the Greek debt by European countries and institutions? Second — and most important, when and how should Greece re-enter the world financial markets? And third, how will Greece start its recovery?

How big is the Greek debt, and how much does it cost?

During the last four years the public debt hovered as a specter over Greece. But — as we will see below — it can be tackled effectively. Greek public debt (together with the monies that support the Greek banks) is €320 billion, that is, €70 billion obligations to the private sector and €250 to the “official” sector. It has a very low interest rate, 1.8% on average. Due to restructuring that occurred at the time of the private sector haircut, the bulk of the obligations (70%) matures after 13 years. Excluding the IMF obligations (whose maturity can be moved to the future) and the T-bills that are systematically bought by Greek banks, the short term debt (that matures in 3 years or less) is only €8 billion and, therefore, can be easily handled by Greece. Interest on all the debt is about €6 billion per year, which is large for the Greek economy.

X Regarding the haircut on the official sector debt, Greece should ask the Eurozone countries

(1) to move forward maturities of EU countries’ and European Stability Mechanism’s debt to 50 years, and

(2) to reduce interest rates to 1% or less. In this way, Greece will be able to save €1-2 billion a year.

Greece should  re-enter the world financial markets by issuing a five-year “growth bond.”

Greece can and should enter the financial markets before the May 2014 European elections.

I propose that this be done by issuing “growth bonds” of value €8-10 billion, with maturity of 5-6 years, and interest rate of 5.5-6%. This issue will be very successful in the market given the interest rates of similar bonds of other countries (e.g. Portugal), interest rate of the Greek 10-year bond (currently8% interest rate), and the lack of Greek bonds of such maturities.

In addition, instead of wasting the money it will collect from these growth bonds by spending them in general public expenditures, I propose that the government guarantee that these monies will be invested and thereby create new employment opportunities. Even if Greece pays some of the maturing bonds with the money it will collect from the new 5-year bond, Greece will then be able to invest €5 billion of the remaining money from the growth bonds, and these investments can be as much as 3% of GDP.

Greece has not seen such level of investment since 2008, and such investment will change radically the climate in the Greek market. And naturally, foreign and domestic investors will follow, given the confidence shown by the international financial markets.

What will Greece achieve by issuing the growth bonds?

First, it will solve the short term Greek liquidity problems, and will not need to wait for “solutions” from the bureaucrats in Brussels.

Second, Greece will have money to invest in growth and in the creation of new positions of employment.

Third, it will show to all that Greece has gotten out of the crisis, and this will bring in at last foreign investors.

Fourth, the memos with the creditors will finally end.

Under these circumstances, it will be up to the Greece alone to initiate structural reforms. Stand or fall, it will be up to Greece to clean its house.

What then are the risks?

The possibility that the full amount of the growth bonds will not be covered, or that a higher interest rate

may be needed, is negligible.

The big risk is that the money of the growth bonds may be wasted in salaries and pensions of the “aggrieved” and will not be spent on investment and growth. And of course the other big risk is that, without the outside supervision keeping Greece from falling off the cliff, Greece will deteriorate to its old corrupt habits, and will go bankrupt again. To address these risks there is a need for temperance and a firm hand.

The final risk is that Greece will surprise its European partners. But that will be a happy surprise. And people will start talking about the Greek rebound after bankruptcy, just like some decades back they talked about the Greek growth after the destruction of the German Occupation and the Civil War.

Τουρκικοί Οραματισμοί και Σχεδιασμοί για την Επίλυση του Κυπριακού Προβλήματος  και για τα Επακόλουθα

“Σε σημαντικές και απρόσμενες αποκαλύψεις προέβη ο τούρκος πρέσβης στην Αθήνα Κεριμ Ουράς σε συνέντευξη που παραχώρησε στο πρακτορείο Ανατολή(Anadolu).  Μέσα από τις δηλώσεις του φανερώνονται οι πολύχρονοι σχεδιασμοί της Άγκυρας που θα μπουν σε φάση υλοποίησης μόλις γίνει η επανένωση της Κύπρου. Η Τουρκία θα καταφέρει να «γυρίσει όλο το παιχνίδι υπερ της» αρκεί η Λευκωσία να βάλει την υπογραφή της σε αυτό το σχέδιο. Ο πρέσβης της Τουρκίας στην Αθήνα Κερίμ Ουράς αποκάλυψε πως θα μπει η χώρα του στην Ε.Ε. μετά την επανένωση της Κύπρου ακόμα και το ποιος θα είναι υπουργός Εξωτερικών της Λευκωσίας.

Επίσης αναφέρθηκε στις ΑΟΖ , στους μουσουλμάνους της Θράκης και εξήγησε ακόμα και τη στάση της Αιγύπτου απέναντι στην Ελλάδα. Δεν δίστασε να μιλήσει για τους Έλληνες που είναι πλέον οικονομικοί μετανάστες στην Τουρκία.

Συγκεκριμένα ο πρέσβης στην Αθήνα Κερίμ Ουράς αναφερόμενος στην προεδρία της Ελλάδας και τις κυπριακές διαπραγματεύσεις, είπε ότι είναι δύο θέματα που σχετίζονται μεταξύ τους και δήλωσε πως «Κλειδί για την επίλυση του Κυπριακού είναι οι φυσικοί πόροι» και το κλειδί για την υποψηφιότητα της Τουρκίας στην Ε.Ε. είναι η επίλυση του Κυπριακού.

Η GKRY ένα μήνα μετά από την απόρριψη του σχεδίου Ανάν έγινε μέλος της Ε.Ε. Από τότε και μετά μπλόκαρε τα 8 από τα 13-14 κεφάλαια των ενταξιακών διαπραγματεύσεων της Τουρκίας. Το Κυπριακό είναι ένα θέμα που περιμένει λύση 50 χρόνια και το κλειδί για την επίλυση του είναι οι υδρογονάνθρακες, το νερό και οι φυσικοί πόροι που σχηματίζονται από το ρεύμα».

Ο πρέσβης Ουράς ανέφερε πως σε περίπτωση συμφωνίας των δύο πλευρών στην Κύπρο, η ενταξιακή διαδικασία της Τουρκίας θα φτάσει σε ένα σημαντικό ορόσημο, κάτι που θα δημιουργήσει μια θετική-ντόμινο επίδραση στις διεθνείς σχέσεις.

Δεν δίστασε να προβλέψει ότι «Από εκεί που η Κύπρος ήταν μια χώρα που μας φρέναρε θα γίνει ο Νο1 υποστηρικτής μας. Υπουργός Εξωτερικών θα είναι Ελληνοκύπριος και ο υπουργός Ε.Ε. Τουρκοκύπριος . Όταν πίσω από την ταμπέλα της Κύπρου κάτσει ένας Τουρκοκύπριος θα υπερασπιστεί διαφορετικά την υποψηφιότητα της Τουρκίας και η χώρα που την μπλοκάρει θα γίνει μια χώρα που την υπερασπίζεται».

Ο Τούρκος πρέσβης δεν δίστασε να πει ότι οι Ελληνοκύπριοι που έχασαν τις περιουσίες τους στη Βόρεια Κύπρο θα αποζημιωθούν από την εξόρυξη του. φυσικού τους αερίου (!).

«Σύμφωνα όμως με το διεθνές δίκαιο το 80% των ιδιωτικών περιουσιών στην Βόρεια Κύπρο είναι περιουσίες Ελληνοκυπρίων, και η επίλυση αυτού του θέματος αποτελεί όρο. Και αυτό θα χρειαστεί πάρα πολλά χρήματα. Αυτό μπορεί να καταστεί δυνατό μόνο με την απόδοση μέρους από τα κέρδη που θα προέλθουν από τους φυσικούς πόρους, με τα οποία θα σχηματιστεί ένα ταμείο αποζημιώσεων. Με αυτό τον τρόπο η επίλυση αυτού του θέματος θα καταστεί δυνατή με αυτοχρηματοδότηση, χωρίς να αναλάβει κανείς ένα τέτοιο οικονομικό βάρος».

Ο Ουράς αναφέρει πως σε περίπτωση επίλυσης του Κυπριακού η ίδρυση της Κύπρου θα είναι σταδιακή και προέβλεψε ότι «Παράλληλα με αυτό θα υπάρξει μια ταχεία είσοδος στην οδό επίλυσης των θεμάτων του Αιγαίου. Όλες αυτές οι εξελίξεις θα συστήσουν μια πιο κατάλληλη ατμόσφαιρα και ένα έδαφος για την επίλυση των μειονοτικών και άλλων θεμάτων και το σημαντικότερο, θα συμβάλουν στην πολιτική αποφασιστικότητα. Μέσα σε 3-5 χρόνια μετά από την επίλυση, η Τουρκία πλέον θα βρίσκεται σε πολύ διαφορετικό σημείο. Κατά τον ίδιο τρόπο, πολύ θετική θα είναι η συμβολή και για την Ελλάδα και για την GKRY. Διότι η οικονομική συνεργασία που θα γεννηθεί και η θετική ώθηση θα διασφαλίσει μεγάλα οφέλη στις οικονομίες τους. Πιστεύω πως εκεί πρέπει να αναζητηθεί και η έξοδος από την οικονομική κρίση».

Τουρκική μειονότητα Δυτικής Θράκης

Ο Ουράς ερωτώμενος σχετικά με την αντίδραση του κόσμου της μειονότητας σχετικά με την έναρξη εκπομπής δελτίου στην τουρκική γλώσσα σε τοπικό τηλεοπτικό κανάλι στην Ξάνθη απάντησε ως εξής:

«Λένε πως στην Λωζάννη δεν γίνεται λόγος για Τούρκους αλλά για μουσουλμάνους. Ο Μουσουλμανισμός δεν είναι επαρκής για τον αυτοπροσδιορισμό των ανθρώπων. Ελπίζουμε πως το συντομότερο δυνατό οι εδώ αρχές να βρούνε τον σωστό δρόμο και – σύμφωνα και με τα αιτήματα των ανθρώπων- να άρουν τους περιορισμούς στο δικαίωμα ελεύθερης έκφρασης της ταυτότητας τους και στο θέμα της χρησιμοποίησης της γλώσσας που επιθυμούν».

Θέμα ΑΟΖ

Ερωτηθείς σχετικά με την ΑΟΖ ο Ουράς δήλωσε : «Την τελευταία περίοδο υπήρξαν κάποιες διαπραγματεύσεις μεταξύ Ελλάδας και Αιγύπτου. Εξ όσων ανακοινώνονται στον ελληνικό τύπο, η Ελλάδα δε μπόρεσε να αποσπάσει αυτό που επιθυμούσε».

Ο Ουράς επεσήμανε με έμφαση ότι « αν και οι σχέσεις Τουρκίας-Αιγύπτου δεν είναι τόσο καλές ωστόσο το Κάιρο σεβάστηκε τις ενστάσεις μας στις επιθυμίες της Ελλάδος στο θέμα αυτό.

Η Αίγυπτος είναι ένα ριζωμένο κράτος και λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τα μακροχρόνια συμφέροντα της δεν έκανε κάτι ενάντια στη Τουρκία. Αυτό σημαίνει το εξής, πως εάν υπάρξει το κατάλληλο διεθνές κλίμα και υπάρξει από πίσω και η πολιτική βούληση, τα θέματα αυτά θα μπουν σύντομα στην οδό της επίλυσης».

Οικονομικές Σχέσεις

Ο Ουράς αναφέρθηκε επίσης στις οικονομικές σχέσεις ανάμεσα σε Ελλάδα και Τουρκία τονίζοντας ιδιαίτερα ότι η Τουρκία είναι η νούμερο ένα χώρα των εξαγωγών της Ελλάδας.

Και πως η Τουρκία τείνει χείρα βοηθείας στην ευρισκόμενη σε οικονομική κρίση Ελλάδα. Δεν παρέλειψε βέβαια να αναφέρει ότι οι Έλληνες αποτελούν πλέον οικονομικοί μετανάστες στην Τουρκία.

«Ένα ακόμη επίπεδο που δείχνει την σε σχέση με το παρελθόν βελτίωση των σχέσεων μας είναι η αύξηση του αριθμού των Ελλήνων που εργάζονται στην Τουρκία. Στις ΤΗΥ εργάζονται περίπου 100 Έλληνες πιλότοι και είναι πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Και από τους μισθούς τους και από τις συνθήκες και από τις ανθρώπινες σχέσεις. Κατά τον ίδιο τρόπο λέγεται πως υπάρχουν και εκατό περίπου πανεπιστημιακοί. Μετά από αυτά υπάρχει και το θέμα με τους γιατρούς που θέλουν να δουλέψουν, θέμα που εμφανίστηκε με την επίσκεψη του υπουργού Υγεία μας. Εδώ υπάρχουν περίπου 7 χιλιάδες άτομα. Η έκκληση μας υπάρχει, ελάτε να δουλέψετε στην Τουρκία. Φυσικά πρέπει να γίνουν κάποιες νομικές ρυθμίσεις. Διότι το ιατρικό επάγγελμα είναι σημαντικό και πρέπει να ολοκληρωθεί η νομική υποδομή. Ιδιαίτερα για αυτούς που θα εργαστούν στα δημόσια νοσοκομεία, αλλά αυτή τη στιγμή μπορούν να εργαστούν στα ιδιωτικά και υπάρχει ενδιαφέρον προς αυτή την κατεύθυνση».

Δεν είναι τυχαία τα τουρκικά σήριαλ

«Προβάλλονται εδώ 7-8 τουρκικά σίριαλ. Αυτά μπαίνουν σε κάθε σπίτι της Ελλάδας παντού. Υπήρξε μια πολύ θετική αλλαγή στον τρόπο με τον οποίο οι Έλληνες βλέπουν την Τουρκία και τους ανθρώπους της» υπογράμμισε ο Τούρκος πρέσβης στις δηλώσεις του και πρόσθεσε:

«Αυτό φυσικά είναι κάτι που λύνει τα χέρια των πολιτικών και διευκολύνει την σύσταση σχέσεων. Οι Έλληνες άρχισαν να βλέπουν πια πόσο τους μοιάζουν οι Τούρκοι, το πόσα κοινά σημεία υπάρχουν και ότι εν τέλει αυτά με τα οποία τους μεγάλωσαν στα μυαλά τους, δεν έχουν και τόση σημασία.

Από την άλλη βλέποντας την οικογενειακή ζωή και την ζωή γενικά στην Τουρκία, βλέπουν αυτό που απώλεσαν με την Ε.Ε. Αυτό επιφέρει μια νοσταλγική προσέγγιση. Άκουσα από πολλούς Έλληνες να λένε ¨Τι ωραίους οικογενειακούς δεσμούς είχαμε. Κι εμείς έτσι ήμασταν και έτσι πρέπει να γίνουμε¨. Για αυτό το λόγο οι καλλιτέχνες που παίζουν σε αυτά τα σίριαλ ασκούν καθήκοντα ενός είδους πνευματικού πρέσβη και πραγματικά διευκολύνουν την δουλειά μας εδώ».

Σχόλιο: Αυτά που λέει ο κ. Πρεσβευτής της Τουρκίας είναι μόνον η Τουρκική άποψη. Επίσης, αποφεύγει να μνημονεύσει τις συνεχείς παραβιάσεις του εναερίου χώρου και της θάλασσας της Ελλάδος για πολλά χρόνια και με μια υπεροψία που είναι χαρακτηριστική. Μιλάει για την Ελλάδα σαν να ειναι ξανά τεμάχιο της Τουρκικής αυτοκρατορίας. Σε αυτό ευθύνονται και μερικοί απο τούς Ελληνες πολιτικούς και άλλους, που διαρκώς μιλούν για την συνεργασία με την Τουρκία και διαρκώς υποστηρίζουν την είσοδό της στην ΕΕ.

Πόσο θα θέλαμε να παρευρεθούμε στον εορτασμό αυτό για να συγχαρούμε τους συμπατριώτες συναδέλφους  για το πολυσήμαντο επίτευγμα τους και να τους ζητήσουμε με πνεύμα μαθητείας το know how! Πόσο θα θέλαμε αν μπορούσαμε  να εορτάσουμε και εμείς ένα παρόμοιο επίτευγμα σε ένα τουλάχιστον από τα 85 βορειοαμερικανικά κολέγια και πανεπιστήμια που προσφέρουν Ελληνικές Σπουδές!

Θα πρέπει όλοι μας στην Ελληνοαμερικανική κοινότητα να σκεφθούμε σοβαρά πού πάει η επαινετή αλλά παραπαίουσα εν πολλοίς προσπάθεια για Ελληνική  παιδεία στην χώρα μας. Μήπως η στρατηγική προσφοράς Ελληνικής Παιδείας στην Αμερικανική (και Καναδική) κοινωνία δεν έχει πάρει τη σωστή κατεύθυνση και προσέγγιση για να εξασφαλίσει ουσιαστική βοήθεια ; Ας σκεφθούμε καλά και ας πράξουμε ανάλογα. We are convinced that the work undertaken by LOGOS and the adopted strategies of implementation is positioning Modern Greek at Flinders and the Greek community of South Australia as leaders in national and international education.

Distinguished Philologist Maria Pantelia Honored in California

Philologist, Maria Pantelia

Maria Pantelia was born in Athens, Greece.   She studied Classical Philology and Linguistics at the University of Athens, and received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Classics from the Ohio State University. She is the Professor and Chair of Classics at UC Irvine and will be receiving The Theodore Saloutos Award of the Hellenic American Council this year.

Upon receiving her Ph.D., she taught Classical and Modern Greek language and literature at Hellenic College and Holy Cross School of Theology before moving to the University of New Hampshire (UNH). At UNH she quickly became one of the most popular instructors on campus, boosting the enrollment of the classical Mythology course from 35 students to 600 in less than a year.  She became an innovator in instructional technology and received numerous honors, including the national award for Excellence in the Teaching of Classics bestowed by the American Philological Association.

In 1996 she was appointed Professor of Classics and Director of the Thesaurus Linguae Graecae® (or TLG®), a research center at the University of California, Irvine. Founded in 1972 by UC San Diego Professor Marianne McDonald, the TLG aims to identify, collect, and digitize all surviving texts written in Greek from antiquity to the present era.

Under Maria Pantelia’s leadership over the last eighteen years, the TLG underwent a major transformation. The scope of the project was expanded beyond its original mandate to include Byzantine and Modern Greek, and the corpus tripled in size. New digitization technologies were introduced and a powerful search engine was developed.  The entire collection was brought online in 2001.  Maria Pantelia implemented a successful business model and built an endowment that has made the TLG a paradigm of sustainability in digital humanities.  To this day, the TLG has identified and digitized the entire extant corpus of Greek from Homer to the 16^th century CE, a collection consisting of more than 4,000 authors and 15,000 works.  An indispensible resource for the study of Greek language and literature, the TLG is used by millions of readers and thousands of academic institutions in 60 countries worldwide.

Academia Homerica’s Bargain Summer Sessions Once again, we are pleased to provide information on the Annual (17^th) Program of Academia Homerica. After a day of scheduled activities in Athens, the 10-day-long educational sessions will be continued in the environs of the beautiful island of Chios, catering to diverse educational needs. Three distinct Programs will be offered:

(a)   Students with at least some acquaintance of Homeric/ Ancient Greek will have the opportunity to improve their knowledge of Homer’s poems and their historical context in Homer’s homeland. Reading and discussions will center on Iliad, 2; in addition, lectures on Homeric topics as well as on Mycenaean and Trojan archaeology will be given. The Program is directed by Dr. Astrid Eitel.                                                                                                             (b)   For Scholars/Hellenists, academicians/university professors will lecture on the theme Homer in the World, principally in Modern Greek (possibly with English summaries), but also in English.                                                                                                                                                    (c)   For those wishing to advance their knowledge and fluency in Modern Greek, there will be an intensive Modern Greek course with classes held both a.m. and p.m.

Participants of all Program groups will jointly take part in educational tours and visits. Some general lectures will be common to all participants as well.

Hellenic Link, Inc. Receives Gift from Public Benefit Foundation

We wish to inform with pleasure the members of Hellenic Link that our Association has been the recipient of a $10,000 donation from the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta. We gratefully acknowledge this unsolicited gift from the non-Hellenic American foundation, originated from the donor Dr. Alex and Mrs. Malaspina – advised unrestricted part of the Foundation fund. We are particularly grateful to Dr. and Mrs. Malaspina for their thoughtful and generous gesture. The donation was made for general support of the cultural and educational activities of our Organization.

The noble gesture of the donors provides indirect acknowledgment of the “good work of the Hellenic Link in the cause of Hellenism, while affirming the common ideals that bind us together.” Working as a team on a volunteer basis, the Board and the members of Hellenic Link, professors, scientists and professionals in general, have been laboring diligently to promote the ideals of Greek language, history and civilization.

The challenges which confront the Greek American Community are enormous in sustaining the preservation and advancement of the Greek identity in America. No single organization can confront this challenge alone. But we are proud  that the Hellenic Link has taken a leadership role in meeting the challenge, and has been actively promoting collaboration with universities and programs of Greek Studies, the Archdiocese’s educational programs, Greek teacher associations, and a variety of other Greek organizations, as well as with several institutions in Greece that include the Academy of Athens and the National Research Institute. We hope that this commitment and cherished goals through concrete actions and meaningful projects will elicit such support as the present one, which naturally constitutes a great source of inspiration to all of us.

Γνωρίζουμε καλά την άοκνη και μεθοδική ιεραποστολή του στην Πολιτεία της Νέας Υερσέης στην οποία οικοδόμησε σειρά από Ελληνικές Ορθόδοξες Εκκλησίες και Κοινότητες, σαν καλός ποιμένας που με αγάπη και φροντίδα συνήγαγε για πρώτη φορά και στην συνέχεια καθοδήγησε τα «πρόβατα του Χριστού» προς σωτηρίαν και φωτισμένο φρονηματισμό.

Γνωρίζομε την αέναη και μεγίστης αξίας διδακτική και συγγραφική του  παραγωγικότητα για την ανάδειξη του Ελληνικού Βυζαντινού Πολιτισμού και την υπεράσπιση και προαγωγή της απειλούμενης από εξαφάνιση στη λατρεία και ζωή μας Ελληνικής γλώσσας. Οι αγώνες του αυτοί εδημιούργησαν υποδειγματικό πανεπιστημιακό πρόγραμμα Ελληνικών Σπουδών, έθρεψαν όλους μας πολιτισμικά και τον κατέστησαν λόγιον μελετητήν διεθνούς κύρους και αναγνώρισης.

Γνωρίζουμε ακόμη ότι ο π.Δημήτριος δεν έλλειψε ποτέ από τους προμαχώνες των δικαίων της γενέτειρας αγωνιζόμενος με πάθος και  απόλυτα τεκμηριωμένον λόγοντο δικαίωμα της Ελευθερίας  καταπιεζομένων Ελλήνων στην Κύπρο και όπου αλλού.

Ως μέλη του Ελληνικού Συνδέσμου, γνωρίζομε βέβαια και  με σεβασμό, αγάπη και τιμή αναγνωρίζομε ότι ο π.Δημήτριος ήταν συνιδρυτής του Συνδέσμου μας προ 40 ετών και έκτοτε συνεχώς ο εκλεκτός οδηγός-συνεργάτης της προσπάθειάς μας στα χρόνια που διέρρευσαν.
